Applying to college

Applying to College can be a hectic task, from arranging the colleges according to your preference to actually applying to the colleges they can be stress-inducing. Different countries have different processes for applying to college, for example, in India, the process is purely based on your entrance exam scores and nothing else but if you take countries like the US or the UK they have a holistic approach for evaluating their applicants, more so the US than the UK. I personally find the application process based on only entrance exam scores a little ludicrous as judging a person based off of one exam seems to not be the right kind of judgment. The person taking the exam might have had a bad day during the exam or may have just not been able to answer certain questions. I would personally request colleges to be holistic and not be based on a single exam.
